What to Wear


Wear what you are comfortable in. We suggest fitted yoga clothes. Limbus Workouts are not heated, but the internal heat you create through movement will make you sweat. Sweatpants, cotton, and loose fitted clothing will stick to you as you progress through our dynamic movements. Limbus can be done barefoot or in clean indoor shoes.

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat

  • Water

  • Open mind

  • Hand Towel (optional…depends how sweaty you get)

  • Footwear: Barefoot, toe socks, or indoor clean sneakers (gym specific)


When you arrive


We suggest you arrive roughly 20 minutes before the Workout begins. This gives you time to park, change, and get situated. We may also ask you to sign a waiver. The first pillar of Limbus is connection, so feel free to talk to your tribe before the Workout begins, ask the instructor some questions, or do anything you need to get comfortable in your space.


What to expect

Limbus is a space to express yourself. We have rhythmic music and repetitive, meditative movements to get you out of your head and into your body. Our high intensity, high impact movements can be modified to fit every body. The TRIBE Leader will always demonstrate a range of progressions (lower impact to higher intensity). Listen to your body first and the instructor second! If something hurts or does not feel right; modify. If you don’t know what to do, you can always look around and count on your tribe to explore various progressions.


After your first workout

You can expect to be sore, so take some extra time to stretch, relax, and be in the moment. A warm epsom salt bath can help with your sore muscles. Sore muscles mean that you have challenged your body…enjoy this feeling!
